Readership

R: How often do you read Avalon?

R---	I've read it once. Maybe more, but I wasn't of sound mind enough to remember.
R--	I make a habit not to read it, but I'm not opposed to seeing a strip by accident.
R-	I read it whenever I can remember.
R	I make a point to read it often enough to keep up.
R+	I read it daily (and always catch up the few times I miss a day)
R++	I read it *at least* once per day, and have been known to hit "reload" like a madman around midnight to get the latest strip. If Avalon isn't already my start page, I've at least considered it.
R+++	I check out the same strip several times daily to see if any minor detail has been changed (and I save every copy locally in the event they might become collectors' items).
!R	I hate Avalon and refuse to read it. Yes, I am aware of the irony of my Avalon Code.

S: Since when have you been reading Avalon?

S---	I just started reading it. It confuses me thoroughly, and it seems that I don't get many of the jokes.
S--	I've been reading it since not long ago. Who the heck is Larry?
S-	I've been reading it for at least several months; enough that I feel like I'll continue reading it, if only to learn whether Alison has some dark hidden past.
S	I'm considered a veteran Avalon fan.
S+	I remember when the characters all looked the same, and the males were hard to tell from the females.
S++	I started reading shortly after it joined Keenspot.
S+++	I was reading it on ceilidh.dhs.org.
S++++	I was there on Nov. 8th, 1999.

Reader Participation

F: How involved are you in the Avalon Forum?

F---	The forum makes no sense. I don't have any urge to read it for any reason.
F--	I've read it only when there's a link to something interesting in some thread. I might have read the entire thread.
F-	I read it by my own free will; you could say I lurk the forum.
F	I've registered myself for the forum, maybe even posted a few times.
F+	People there know me innately. I've started a few threads. I might have even used some custom smileys.
F++	I poke newbies regularly. If I don't post within a week, people seem to cheer loudly when I return.
F+++	If I don't post something several times per day, I feel queasy and lightheaded.
!F	I refuse to even visit the forum.

IRC: How involved am I with the #avalon IRC channel?

IRC---	Never tried it, don't wanna. I don't care to work out any technical hurdles to accessing #avalon.
IRC--	I might check it out if I have free time, or if I can ever figure out how to get on IRC.
IRC-	I want to someday. I've tried getting to the channel, but my firewall won't let me.
IRC	Been there. Done that. I don't think it's ready for t-shirts yet.
IRC+	It was fun enough to visit more than once.
IRC++	You can see me there regularly. Sometimes I stay online when I'm not around just to log everything.
IRC+++	My participation in #avalon has become habitual. It is responsible for several overdue assignments and has led to severe sleep depression. I've vowed to cut back, knowing full well that I won't.
IRC++++	I got disconnected once. People took screenshots of the /who listing without me in it.

FA: Fan Art

FA---	No time. Can't do it. Don't even feel like it, even.
FA--	I feel uneasy drawing Avalon fan art. I can't draw the characters properly, or it'll look lame beside all the other art.
FA-	I've doodled stuff for fun. Even if I were to submit it, I can't for a lack of scanner.
FA	I've submitted at least one piece of fan art.
FA+	I've submitted several. I may have chopped up original Avalon strips to create my own.
FA++	People seem to keep wanting to see my fan art. If I didn't post anything in the 200th Strip Gala, damn but I wanted to.
FA+++	People have been comissioning me because of my Avalon fan art. Some readers think I'd be an acceptable replacement artist if Josh were to up and die some day. (NegZero is a FA+++. ;-) )
!FA	Fan art is purile and untrue to the original. Quit suckin' up.

GA: Guest Artist Sundays

GA---	You'll never catch me trying to draw an Avalon strip.
GA--	All I got here is MS Paint. I shouldn't even bother.
GA-	I tried. Oh how I did try. But it never happened. If I had a scanner and enough liquid courage, I'd do it in a second.
GA	I've done a Guest Artist Sunday before.
GA+	I've done several Guest Artist Sundays. I've posted some in the forum 'cause there's a backlog of guest artists.
GA++	I am notorious among Sunday readers. Some think I should create an Avalon spin-off series.
GA+++	I've done Guest *weeks*.
!GA	The whole Guest Artist Sunday concept is flawed. First-time readers will be scared away by these hapless knock-offs.

FF: Fanfiction Writing

FF---	Letters form words? Words form sentences? AAAAAAHH!!!
FF--	Dude! Where's my typewriter?
FF-	I don't like writing, really....
FF	My fiction efforts are strictly role play, but I've been considering or have started a story.
FF+	I'm no Nick Pavlovski, but I did a story or two!
FF++	I write plenty of fiction, some of which qualifies me as an Incredibly Sadistic Bastard.
FF+++	I'm within striking distance of my own fan-based novel! (Nick Pavlovski is a FF+++)
FF?	Make up a story? Don't other people do that already? Why should I bother?

SN: Spectacular Notion!

SN---	I've read some of it. Damn, it sucks. The writing's shoddy and the plot is stupid.
SN--	I've only seen some. It's just too damn weird. It just makes me uncomfortable.
SN-	I tried reading it once or twice; it's just completely uninteresting.
SN	I've read bits and pieces of the thread once or twice. It's cool, but too long...
SN+	I've read the thread through once. I like it a lot. I may have written a short segment once.
SN++	I've written one or two longer contributions to it.
SN+++	I've devoted many hours to writing long posts, I check the story and the tech thread multiple times daily just to keep up.

SA: Souvenirs d'Avalon

SA--	I haven't listened to it.
SA-	Listened to it, didn't like it. Probably won't listen again.
SA	I listened to it a couple times. I liked it.
SA+	I listen to it frequently and enjoy it very much. I might have the sheet music to look at.
SA++	I loved it! I've even got the sheet music so I can play it for other people.
!SA	This is a travesty to music. Never make me listen to this again.

CMV: Comic Music Videos

CMV---	How can you make a video out of still images?
CMV--	I've downloaded at least one, and thought they were bad, stupid, or both.
CMV-	I've downloaded at least one, but couldn't watch it.
CMV	I've watched at least one of them.
CMV+	I've seen at least one of the CVMs, and liked them.
CMV++	These are excellent! I wish I could make one.
CMV+++	I've created at least one of them.

LY---	I don't read Avalon.
LY--	I don't care how the story goes.
LY-	It's nice when the storyline goes like I'd like it to.
